If you get the the ice packs that say +30F, they freeze well in my standard kitchen freezer and remain frozen for an exceptionally long time.However, be very careful when placing your order. If you order the packs that say +30F, they will freeze well in a standard kitchen freezer. If the ice pack says -10F, you will need a very powerful freezer to get them to freeze solid.I am so happy with the outcome of this issue, I will be placing another order... this time to get the +30F ice packs !!+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++I needed more ice packs that freeze in a regular kitchen freezer. The picture on the Amazon website shows that the product will freeze at +30 degrees F, exactly the same as the ones I purchased a while back.However, the product details say the product will not freeze until -10 degrees F. I have purchased previously without problems. However, this order (two boxes of 12 each = 24) arrived damaged. Five packs (two in one package, three in the other) were broken and leaking the viscous contents (see photo) in the box and all over the other packs. So, 20% of the order unusable and cleaning of the remainder necessary. These packs are made of very tough material which last quite a long time unless cut.
