Now Wilson sells you only their Meringue powder to make royal Icing or cookie Icing. The stuff taste funny. It taste like chemicals. I sure wish Wilson went back to selling the Color Flow stuff. But since they will probably not. I will use this brand. It taste good even in powder form. Resembles the taste of the Wilson Color Flow once icing is made. I just want the simple powdered Egg Whites with Sodium Lauryl Sulfate in it like COLOR FLOW was. But this brand is the best you will find. Its a good product. I just don't like Cream of Tarter and the other stuff added. This product DESERVES A FIVE. Just miss less complicated ingredients in my stuff. Because the Sugar Cookies my Mom showed me how to make are the best I have ever eaten and People eat them like Potato chips. They cant stop. They are that good. Really.
