The problem you're seeing is that whichever program you are printing from is scaling the document when you print it. When you go to print, look around in the Print window for a size/scaling setting and be sure it's set to Actual Size/100% (or something similar to this). If you need any additional assistance please feel free to get in touch with us directly and we'll do our best to help.Regards,Jonathan LaliberteBrainstorm ID **Q: How well does the ink stay on the cards? what about moisture after the cards are cured out, any color bleeding? how long does ink last when printing?** A: Ink stays perfect on the Cards, had not problems at all with moisture or anything else. I love it and I use them a lot. Depends on how much you are printing and how big the Picture is on the Card. **Q: What printers, by model number include any options needed, will work with these cards? i need to print 250 membership cards--help!** A: Update: We now have a PVC card tray for Canon printers which use the M Tray. That includes the more recently release TS8000 and TS9000 series printers (in the USA those models are TS8020, TS8120, TS9020, TS9120). You can find that tray here: https://www.amazon.com/Inkjet-TS8000-Printers-Brainstorm-ID/dp/B072QS5V6F **Q: Can these cards be written on, not just printed? Would like to make my own notes** A: Yes, you can write on them with a pen or marker. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Print beautifully and clear *by M***C on 19 August 2026* Bright and clear print.
