表紙が写真だったので、中の説明も写真かと勝手に思っていたが､説明は文章のみであり、完成形のみ小さなイラスト(白黒)が描かれているだけでした。しかし、ただリストラティブヨガのポーズの説明だけが載っている訳ではなく、リストラティブヨガとは何か？リストラティブヨガを始める為の準備呼吸と瞑想ウォーミングアップ腰痛疲労､燃え尽き症候群､エネルギーの回復不眠症うつ病と不安女性の為のポーズストレス解消一連､順序の項目に分かれて書かれていました。ウォーミングアップからは、各項目別でメニューが組んであり、その後に、１つ１つのポーズについてのベネフィット、ポーズの順序、使用するプロップス、持続する時間､モディフィケーション､が書かれています。写真やイラストがもう少し沢山使われていたら見やすい本だったのになと思います。For beginners とタイトルに書かれている割に完成形にしかポーズの絵が無いのは不親切だなと感じました。
