I wasn't wanting a huge mirror that blocked more of my view of my blind spot than was necessary, because sometimes I like to quickly look back over my shoulder to check my blind spot. The other mirror we have (that we now use in our Outback) is larger and mostly blocked the area between my truck cab's frame and the rear passenger side headrest. I haven't tested out the glow-in-the-dark feature, so I can't really speak to this (or even say that this was really any kind of a selling point to me anyway.)Overall, I'm happy with it, with the only real complaint being that is it a bit more convex than I'd like. For me, an ideal mirror would be one that would have a bit more "telephoto" effect (less convex, i.e. more flat) that would show my baby as larger & in more detail. It would be more finicky to set up, as you would have to be more precise in how you angled the mirror on its initial set-up, but that's one thing that would be definitely worthwhile to me.I guess going forward as an industry standard, I'd like to see some sort of scale that could be implemented that would tell the consumer what the approximate "telephoto" effect is on their product (0.5x, 0.8x, 1x, 1.2x, 1.5x, etc.) It would be very helpful in determining a better fit in the sea of options on this site.... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good mirror *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States on April 4, 2019* This does not light up at night, and it does not light up your baby's face in the dark. One of the photos in the product description is clearly photoshopped and deceptive, but I already knew that glow-in-the-dark doesn't work that way. It's not a ring light. Would you expect glow-in-the-dark stickers to light up a room? No.I bought it because I like things that glow-in-the-dark. But, you have to have the interior car light on for several minutes at night before the glow-in-the-dark works (again, just like other things that glow-in-the-dark). Honestly, it turns out to be a pointless gimmick that I paid $23 for.That said, when we got a second child and I needed another mirror, I came back to buy this same one. It's durable, wide angle, and simple. I like it. And now it's only $10. So we now have two of this.I would give it five stars, except that misleading photo in their product photos. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Decent quality but does not glow in the dark *by N***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 17, 2019* I live in an area where it is very sunny and warm, so I would think it would get enough light to activate the edges to glow in the dark, however, it never has. The mirror itself is good quality and is clear and easy to install so I've managed with it for those reasons since I don't drive very often at night with my baby. I do have to try and make the mirror as high as possible cause my two year old since she is still rear facing will reach her legs up high and move the mirror around herself which obviously prevents me from being able to see her until I can stop the car to fix it, but I'm assuming that is something you will have to worry about if any mirror is on some type of swivel, even if it is tightened.
