Review: Not bone broth! - This is chicken broth not BONE broth! I was really hoping this one was different. But it was not gelatinous when cold at all. And then I saw it's only simmered for 18 hours. It takes 24 to 36 hours to pull the collagen out of bones. A lot of money to be disappointed again! Amendment.... My second packet was very gelatinous so if the rest are like this then I give them a five! Very happy with the second packet!

This is chicken broth not BONE broth! I was really hoping this one was different. But it was not gelatinous when cold at all. And then I saw it's only simmered for 18 hours.
