It also says no alcohol in the advertising but in the ingredients it says Aloe Vera and alcohol. **Q: I have herd this removes acne is that true?** A: I don't know about aloe vera in general, but this is NOT 100% aloe vera. It has been deceptively labeled. It is "100% Gel" which could frankly mean anything. I ended up throwing it out after realizing this. The 100% aloe vera may very well help with acne, as it is anti-inflammatory. I would recommend purchasing the REAL stuff though! **Q: What percentage is actually aloe leaf juice compared to the other marketing claims of 99%? Any where near 65% or 75%?** A: This is NOT 100% Aloe, REAL Aloe is soothing, this stuff stings on wounds.
