I still benefit from it. Hey, maybe I'll get surgery on my other shoulder and I'll be ready to go out of the gate.Here's the thing:. If you only use gravity for it to work (lower cooler and squeeze pad to drain, lift cooler and wait for cold water to dribble into cuff) you will be disappointed.The key is to use vacuum: If you close the airvent before lowering the cooler to drain the cuff, then pop the vent open, the vacuum will slurp all the warmed water out of the cuff and into the cooler. Next step, close the vent, then elevate the cooler. Pop the vent open and the vacuumed cuff will fill automatically.
