Seriously. *by J***R on November 11, 2019* Absolutely the best, bar none! I've used other silver and copper headshell leads for years, and these are my favorites unquestionably.Rhodium connectors resist corrosion very well, pure silver wire for the fastest transmission and substantial insulation that is firmer and stronger than 90% of the commercial offerings, as well as a reinforced connector sleeve with that covers the entire connector. (They are a tight fit for Non-Japanese headshell pins! Do not force them.)Every area of the audiophile lexicon is improved, and I'll keep it brief. I have 30+ years of experience setting up high-performance turntables (and the cartridges they affix to). (The cartridges under use here are the Hana ML and the Soundsmith Carmen, set up with a upgraded and modernized VPI HW19 Mk4 and Jelco 750 tonearm).Again, the rhodium-plated connectors are strong as the best I've seen and used. The silver content used here is not bright nor fatiguing, nor does it add any splashy sibilants to trebles. Cymbals are actually rendered correctly, IF the rest of your set-up can pass signals properly. The firm insulation is the best for these applications with low signals. It can bend very well as well and not stress the connection.I absolutely love these for my Oyaide HS-TF Headshell- A synergistic match! BUT, they are a tight fit or a bad fit for Non-Japanese headshell pins! Do not force them. I would seriously consider viewing them under a magnifying glass to see if they will mate properly.If you haven't used the Oyaide headshell either... try it out... Carbon Fiber over Texarium, and less expensive than Ortofon's offerings. Big difference in sound due to zero ringing. I also use as Carbon Fiber over Stainless Steel record mat that also is a great match all around.This is my 2nd purchase. I have two headshells with 2 separate phono cartridges, and now two sets of these leads. ### ⭐⭐ Pins way too small *by A***R on May 5, 2024* I am a hi-end audio enthusiast who has been setting up and listening to analog rigs for 25+ years. The pins on these are so tiny in diameter, they are useless as is - they don't fit on any standard headshell (Technics, Denon, etc) or any cartridge in my collection (Clearaudio, Benz Micro, Ortofon, Grado, Shelter). Be prepared to whip out an Xacto knife and a toothpick or metal pick and spend an hour or so to try and pry them open enough.
