Review: 安価なのに切れ味は良い。バトニングは推奨していないので、やりません。調理やフェザーステック、割りばしスティックを作るのに使用してます。心配していた錆、刃こぼれなどはありませんでした。 少し切れ味が悪くなったら、革砥で研ぐだけで、切れ味が復活しました。

- (D2 Dice Steel Blade) The blade is made of D2 steel. High hardness, excellent abrasion resistance. [Caution] Wash as soon as possible after use, thoroughly wipe dry, and store in a dry place. To prevent rust, lightly apply vegetable oil such as knife oil or salad oil on a regular basis. ]
- Micarta Handle: The Micarta handle is made of a material that is laminated with paper and cloth and is solidified with resin, so it has excellent durability. Lightweight, easy to handle, non-slip surface provides a firm grip It can be used for a long time without fatigue. (Note: As it is made from micarta, the fibers inside may be exposed during the polishing and processing process and may appear white.
