Use thick styrofoam to hold small picks and took no time to trim and cut to accommodate rack organizer. Love it. Review: Works as advertised - Tested this out on 4" thick regular white styrofoam and it cut nice and clean. You do have to be mindful of the speed at which you try to cut. You do need to let the heat do the work for you and not force it. The blade is removable and doesn't stay attached to the handle very well. I would have to stop every few minutes and push it back in or the blade stops heating. Once it just fell off in the middle of a cut.
