You cannot trust products from china when it comes to respiratory supplies. Their product is not reviewed by the FDA or endorsed by any CPAP manufacturer. **Q: Are these certified true hepa?** A: No, they are a foam filter. Not as good as those with multiple layers of material. **Q: How often should I change these filters with the new ones? Is there any lifetime standard for each filter?** A: It depends how dusty your room is -- I change mine every 30 days. If I'm traveling somewhere where the dust or allergen level is higher I will change it when I get back home. If I'm sleeping with the windows open, maybe every 2 weeks. It's easy to open the door and look at the filter - if it's still white leave it, if it looks gray change it! (They say the 70 pack is a 3 year supply, which would be every 2 weeks) **Q: These filters are very thick.
