I purchased the aarke and use the carbonator and 1 liter plastic bottles from my soda stream with it. **Q: Can you carbonate juice?** A: The official answer is no. It is not recommended by the manufacturer. However, many people have played around and figured out ways to make it work for juice, coffee, tea, and other liquids. You should google the specific juice you want to carbonate and see what others have done. **Q: Does this have a hole in the bottom to connect a hose from a bigger bottle?** A: It utilizes a 60L carbonation container, I use the soda stream one.
