I believe I dropped it at least 20 times before the first part broke. And another dozen drops before the second and third breaks. I'll be needing another one for my keepsake collection. I noticed today that the reel wasn't working properly. I sent an email asking if I could return or exchange it since I have not had it long. I received a email asking if I would try fixing it using a diagram they provided. I tried this with no luck and replied to the email, I received another email stating my card holder may be heavier than the limit of 2 ounces and if I would send a pic with nothing attached to the reel to see if it worked. I have had the same card attached to it for over 2 weeks and it has worked just fine until today. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service I have received. If they have a diagram to help fix a known issue maybe the company should work on not having the issue at all instead.
