We have two 100 lb dogs that use our basement couch as a bed at night and this is really the first cover that seems able to stand up to their daily abuse. I was pleasantly surprised at how thick this cover is and my sense is that it will last much longer than other covers I've tried. Neither of our dogs have accidents, but it's still nice knowing there's a water proof layer to the cover. Overall, it's a really excellent product.
