Sie sind essentiell und müssen dadurch von außen zugeführt werden. Vor allem sind die in eiweißreichen Lebensmitteln enthalten. BCAAs können ihre anabole Wirkung direkt im Muskelgewebe entfalten. Da sie dem katabolen Teufel während dem Training entgegenwirken und somit den Muskelabbau verhindern, haben sie einen festen Platz in meiner Nahrungsergänzung gefunden.Es beinhaltet die drei wichtigsten Aminosäuren: L-Leucin, L-Isoleucin und L-Valin im Verhältnis 2:1:1. Es riecht angenehm, ist gut löslich und schmeckt super. Ich persönlich trinke während dem Training 20g Pulver mit 1,5l Wasser. Bis jetzt traten noch keine Unverträglichkeiten oder Nebenwirkungen auf. Egal ob Aufbau- oder Definitionsphase, dieses Pulver ist ein absolutes Basic bei mir geworden. Man kann es jedoch nicht nur während dem Training zuführen, sondern auch im Sommer als Kaltgetränk mit ein paar Eiswürfeln. Dies ist eine fruchtige Erfrischung für die heißen Tage und eine sinnvolle Alternative zu anderen zuckerhaltigen Limonaden.Es kam gut verpackt im Karton. Das Pulver selbst ist in einer Dose mit praktischem Plastiklöffel aufbewahrt. Ich empfehle dieses Pulver jedem, der während des Trainings immer mit den wichtigsten Aminosäuren versorgt sein will, egal ob Fitnesssport oder anderer Sport.Ich hoffe ich konnte Ihnen mit meiner Rezension helfen.
