A: I would make sure it does what it says before keeping this unit .just my opinion !!

**Q: does this filter fluoride?**
A: No, only Reverse Osmosis can filter fluoride or filtration media specifically manufactured to remove fluoride.

Absolutely love this little machine. Compact enough to fit anywhere. Look nice on your kitchen top, and It delivers. Also the filter is cheap. The machine auto cleans. Always have one filter in stock cause it gets slower with time, that's your sign you need a new one. My first one broke after 2 years but I'm sure it was someone that forced the filter and not that it went bad on its own. Would recommend. Price is great.

The installation instruction is very poor. No website or telephone number or customer service. I am an engineer and still have not figured out installing it.
