It comes with aux connection so I can plug in spa music and relax for an hour. I feel much more comfortable at home because I don't have to deal with anyone else using the sauna. I feel much healthier and less stress, especially when I can use it in at home. The best part is turning it into a sauna yoga room. I was never a yoga person before but after getting the sauna, I'm able to remove the benches and turn it into a yoga room and do stretches while my body warms up. This is the best thing in the world. The sauna is large enough to stretch your muscles and it feels just amazing in the heat. I'm glad they had to renovate the gym, now I don't have to deal with all the traffic and everyone else's sweat. I get my own sauna at home. I use it twice and a day since I got it and I feel so much better.

We have been using this sauna daily for a month or so now and it is performing spectacular. Any and all concerns I experienced were taken care of by a customer service department that would not stop until they were sure I was totally satisfied with this product. I used to go to the sauna at the gym. It was 15 minutes away and that didn't bother me much until they started renovating the gym and told me I couldn't use it for a few months because of construction. I had back surgery and the only thing that would help the pain was the sauna. Without the heat from the sauna, the pain was hard to bear. After doing a lot of research I bought the Medical 4. There was a lot of doctors behind it so I gave it a try. I didn't think this sauna would be better than a commercial grade one at the gym, but it is. It was easy to setup and loaded with features. It comes with aux connection so I can plug in spa music and relax for an hour. I feel much more comfortable at home because I don't have to deal with anyone else using the sauna. ### ⭐⭐ Buyer Beware

After much research I decided to go with this unit for many reasons...the full spectrum and removable bench to name a couple. More expensive than many but all the key points made it seem worth it. Sauna doesn’t look like the picture. Walls and glass didn’t line up and the door is a nightmare and still doesn’t close all the way. The light doesn’t work, they said they’d send a new one....never received. You cannot remove the bench in this unit to do hot yoga because the side panels on the heaters block you from moving the bench out. A real simple design fix that obviously no one paid attention too. It does have 8 heaters and I do sweat. I am simply disappointed with the quality and deceptive advertising. I could have paid half the amount of money and gotten the same thing. Hopefully they will fix these issues for the future.
