Vendor had it Right and Ready to go out of the box! All functions worked as intended. No SoC firmware upgrades were required, therefore no need to reach out to Asian Vendor for support.. which is a bonus.. Often language barrier is a problem when updating firmware, however I did not need to go there... I am always pleased not having to return failed devices back to Amazon because box firmware from vendor is not up to date.. wasting time looking for stuff is often difficult to locate on these overseas sites. I liked this unit - as it required minimal screwing about time to set it up and to go into user mode. This is my 2nd H96 unit; the (Android o/s V7.0) worked like hot damn and is still in use too. ### ⭐ DO NOT BUY.. *by A***R on Reviewed in Canada on February 24, 2022* Lost track but needed to write this review for BUYER BEWARE. The product only worked 1 week after that it had problems from the start... meaning it didn't start/nor boot or anything else.
