## Description

The AcuRite matte white digital wireless fridge and freezer thermometer measures temperature in two places at once! Receive internal temperature measurements for both the refrigerator and freezer on one, easy-to-read digital display. Two separate wireless, remote thermometers send measurements to the display, which also shows historical high and low temperatures. A programmable alarm can notify you audibly and visually when temperatures exceed your set minimum or maximum range. The digital thermometer display can be placed on a countertop, mounted to the fridge with built-in magnets, or mounted to a wall with its integrated keyhole. The digital display is powered by three (3) AA batteries, and each sensor is powered by two (2) AA alkaline or lithium batteries (batteries not included). Lithium batteries are recommended for use in sensors for temperatures below -4 °F (-20 °C). Whether in a home fridge/freezer combo or used as a chest freezer thermometer, protect your food by using this temperature gauge and freezer monitor combo, and rest assured that your family’s food is stored safely and appropriately. The sensors can be picked up pretty far away; I've tested 20m without an issue. It's nice to have a simple alarm/display that sits on the counter. Battery life is unknown at this time, but I'll update when I need to swap them (using lithium AAs in the sensors). Update rate for the temperature is about once a minute, which is great. I'd totally buy this again.

I got this to monitor temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer with Homeassistant and it works great; it "just worked" in Homeassistant with rtl_433 (rtl_haos) and showed up as soon as I put the batteries in. I have boughten 2 off these digital wireless temperature monitors in the last 6 years. They have worked perfectly. They can be recalibrated too be used on two freezers. I can monitor the temperature on all the freezers and fridge in my kitchen.

Nice product. Elegant style and works seamlessly. Having a serial number on it would make it professional and could be used for places need calibration and testing and tracing back the device, example usage is medication fridge for hospital and nursing homes. I wish the manufacturer would see this and include a serial number on it. Good product good price!!
