Please check to make sure the silicone O-Rings are in the drinking spout cap and underneath the lid. The lid is not double wall, so there may be slight condensation on the Lid only. Can I use my Takeya insulated stainless steel bottle with carbonated beverages? Yes, you can put carbonated beverages in your double-wall stainless steel bottles. However, they do not recommend it as carbonated beverages in an airtight container may cause a build-up of pressure which could cause your bottle to leak or the liquid to splash out unexpectedly when you open your bottle. Use with caution. Are TAKEYA products and accessories BPA free? Yes, Takeya products and accessories are BPA-free. The Tea Maker/Pitcher body is made from high-quality, BPA-free Tritan™, which can withstand boiling hot and ice cold temperatures. Can I place Takeya products in the Freezer? The only product you can place in a freezer are their Freshlok airtight storage containers. Placing their other products in the freezer may damage them. Can I microwave TAKEYA products? Please do not use TAKEYA products in the microwave. How do I remove the sticker off my ThermoFlask bottle? They are so sorry for the inconvenience! They are aware of this issue and have made a change going forward! Oddly enough, using smooth peanut butter removes the sticker really well without scratching.
