I contacted Pride who told me i had to go through vendor I purchased from. They said Pride was to do warranty and after technician was sent out, diagnostic performed, the motor is defective. They don't have the parts to fix this 2 month old scooter? Thus is the 5th scooter I have owned. Will only buy locally from now on.
