**Q: I have an 2007 F150 xl with a damaged front grill emblem 9x3 5/8 inches with posts, will this one work?**
A: Yes.  I have 2007 Ford F-150 Lariat with same dimensions.  I just ordered one a month ago and was perfect.  It has the posts and used the two original post nuts to attach.

**Q: Does this emblem fit the front grille of a 2006 Ranger?**
A: if is a 9 inch emblem on the Ranger it should fit.

**Q: Does the emblem have adhesive already installed on its back? As I understand it, this is only method for attaching the emblem to a tailgate.**
A: It has adhesive and also 1 alignment stud in the center and 1 on each end for the small open cap nuts that's cuts its own groove in the studs

A: It will fit your tailgate not sure about the front grill
