Review: Cuts through chicken like butter - It's now been like, what 7 months. (It's the first week of the following June) It's starting to dull for certain. So sooner than I feel it should have. But it was cheap. It doesn't glide through anymore. Still cuts really well though. I didn't cut anything but raw thawed chicken, and I do that 2-3 times per week. So math that out of you wanna. I've used this a few times now and I'm impressed so far. I had been cutting up my chicken breasts while mid thaw to make it easier but this slices through thawed chicken like it's nothing. We'll see how long that stays sharp. I've had this about a month now? I'll come back and leave another review later for longevity, though I'll also note that I very rarely actually use it, for one, as a single breast is a few meals and it's not the only thing I eat (just the only thing I use this knife for) and I don't use it for anything beyond already deboned meat. Though it did cut through some cartilage that was missed like butter, so there's that.

Holds its own against any of my expensive knives. Treat it like a one and it should last forever. It looks nice, has a handy leather shield and I would recommend getting an others in this line if I were in the market.
