Review: Perfect friendly little clock. - I can't comment on durability as I haven't had my clock more than a few weeks - at present, it's going strong. I love the way this clock looks; simple, stylish, friendly, retro. AND IT IS COMPLETELY SILENT, wow. I have it next to my bed in a silent bedroom and there is zero noise. The finish of the wood is good and it's a lovely honey colour. The face is simple and easy to see with numbers rather than flashes or Roman numerals. It has a second hand. It's an alarm clock. There is a button on the top which, when pressed, lights up the face. It keeps good time. I could ask for nothing more; perfect. Thank you.

**Q: For the half-round design, what's the diameter of just the round clock face?**
A: Just a fraction over 2ins.
A really lovely little clock.

**Q: what size is this?**
A: The clock is 10 cm wide (at widest place) and 10 cm  high (to top of alarm button). This is a lovely little alarm clock that rings at the time set, and then every 10 mins, getting progressively louder if you use snooze button (switch at back to turn off completely).

**Q: Why is this clock , made in China,  advertised as made in Germany!!!!!  Please let customer know where items are made.**

The clock has ‘Made in PRC’ on the back (People’s Republic of China’).

It is an attractive clock that matched the timber of my bedside cabinet perfectly.  However, it proved hopeless for me for checking the time during the night as within 4-months the light bulb stopped working and I have no idea how or if the bulb can be replaced.  

(I think I’ll replace it for one where the hands are permanently illuminated!!)

**Q: Within 24 hours of inserting the battery, my clock becomes increasingly noisy - had to remove the battery in the night yesterday! what should i do?**
A: I have not experienced this with my clock?? Maybe yours is defective?
