A: The black diamond is more shiny, it has a bumpy texture to it, like the texture of a basketball.  The black twill is black inside and out, its the same material you see on luxury vehicles, like BMW's and Mercedes, that are convertibles.

A: This is not a convertible top but it can be removed in about 15 minutes with a cordless drill driver and 2 people
