It looks new despite over a years worth of monthly flights, rolls easily, has never failed to fit in the overhead bin, and has room for one laptop in the front pocket and an extra monitor or 2nd laptop in the pocket on the underside of the lid (I often travel with my small personal laptop and a work issued 15.6 inch beast - and while I often put the larger one inside the bag, it will fit easily in the front pocket). The interior compression system is excellent too.
