That's great customer service and in my opinion warrants a better rating than my initial one. Hopefully this one lasts longer than the last one but at least I know the company stands behind their product.I was hoping this would last longer than it did as I like the minimalist design of the wallet, but unforutnately after 90 days of just normal use of being in my jeans front pocket 8 of the rivets/screws that hold the aluminum sides on have came loose and disappeared which has allowed the money clip to come off rendering the wallet useless. See pictures for details. ### ⭐⭐ Wallet falls apart *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 24, 2019* I bought this wallet in November last year and it lasted maybe four months before it began to come apart. A couple of screws popped off at first. After a while more screws disappeared and eventually there weren't enough to keep the aluminum plates on.I am giving this product two stars instead of one since the wallet still technically works without the plates and I hear that customer support is great at sending free replacements (though I'd rather just buy a new wallet instead). ### ⭐ Lasted less than a year *by L***L on Reviewed in the United States on June 6, 2019* The thin metal sheets on the exterior are fastened with some small screws to two plastic pieces which are in turn held together with a couple strips of elastic. The screws will start coming loose and disappear into the ether. Then the metal will start to separate from the plastic (I bled like a stuck pig when the thin metal edge sliced my finger open). Finally, the last screws will be stripped and lost and the metal will separate from the plastic entirely, leaving what appears to be two pieces of plastic held together by a g-string.The design sucks, and is hardly "minimalist" given how many points of failure are engineered into the thing.
