It looks and work great. **Q: Does this work for 3 way bulbs?** A: Only one filament of a 3 way bulb will work with this socket. **Q: will this work on a tiffany style antique lamp?** A: I bought mine for my tiffany lamps and they worked perfectly. **Q: does it handle USA 120 voltage?** A: The socket is clearly marked as rated for 250 Volts and 250 Watts.
