It has a professional, thin and quality look. However it does initially come rolled up in its packaging, but they also include a tool to flatten it that allows it to stay in place. This mousepad is large enough to fit my keyboard, mouse and other peripheral devices, it has a comforting texture when maneuvering the mouse. Upon initial usage, the mousepad does not carry a manufacture scent. As far as cleaning goes, I spilled coffee on mine and it was easy to clean, because the material surface is coated with the waterproof leather-like material. It comes rolled up, but the company gives you technique on how to fix it to be straightened out.I truly wasn’t going to leave a review until I saw the paper included with the mousepad that said: “We offer a lifetime warranty for loyal users. No matter how long you’ve used it, if any issues arise, we’ll send you a new replacement for free.”That is something to note, and I have definitely signed up for that warranty with their website.
