**Whitening Material Never Releases from the Tray** ⭐⭐☆☆☆ **2 out of 5 stars** I really wanted to like this product because of all the positive reviews, but it simply didn't work for me. The biggest problem is that the whitening material never releases from the tray. I place the tray over my upper or lower teeth, bite down firmly, and even press against it with my fingers to make sure it's fully seated. When I remove the tray, the entire whitening material is still attached inside the tray instead of transferring to my teeth. As I try to remove it, it folds over on itself, sticks together, and is no longer usable. I also found the trays uncomfortable because they triggered my gag reflex. After using the product consistently for two weeks, I saw no noticeable whitening. I've had much better results with Crest Whitestrips, which are much easier to use and actually stay on my teeth. Unfortunately, this product was a complete disappointment for me, and I won't be purchasing it again.
