Did remove quite a bit of gunk from jewelry, although some items needed a toothbrush to get everything out of tight spaces. I was happy until it stopped working after less than 10 uses. Because I was only using it every few weeks now my purchase date was 6 months ago and I do not see anywhere for a refund or exchange. The product has a power on button and automatically starts when you select your time setting. It powers on but no longer autostarts. I tried a few simple suggestions online to troubleshoot but there isn't a lot you can do about it seems, it is a sealed unit with a on button and a knob.
