After becoming a Vegan, this is my source for rebuilding. Best part of it as my teen-ager who is become a Vegan for over 12 months now, explored and sees this as an options for him to stock up for his upcoming Dorm months. I find this as a one source with varied flavors and I tried them all for the family who has varied taste buds. Its a double thumbs up considering the source of nutrition, safe as I get to drink on all situations of being healthy or when I'm sick and lasts long. Appears there are many similar products....but one should search for the Moong Pani

I don.t mind it. I am a person who likes to stir hot drinks whether they need it or not. I will buy more again.
