**Q: Why a sell by date in July when I bought one in Dec. ?**
A: These items have a long shelf life.   I bought one in 2013 and kept it 6 months before I ate it.   It had not been opened, and it tasted as fresh as any others that I had 6 months before.  If you are going to keep one for a while, don't open it.   Keep it in the wrapper and box it comes in.  I have one right now that I am going to keep for July 4th!!    Enjoy!

**Q: What are the ingredients and nutritional data?**
A: Agree.  It’s not that hard to show a pic of the ingredients side.   A friend posted on Facebook how good a panettone was.  Was ready to hit buy, but found it had nuts under the Answers section.

**Q: can these be frozen?**
A: Yes, it can.  Quality does deteriorate after 3 months frozen.

**Q: Is this a cake or a bread?**
A: It’s a sweet bread. In my opinion it’s closer to bread than cake consistency.

This product is always fresh when we receive it. The appearance and taste is ALWAYS SPOT ON! Sometimes the size of the product doesn't match the information on the sellers page, but we have never received a stale product, nor has anyone we have gifted it to. We order this particular product year round and have yet to be disappointed with it! I highly recommend this brand of Panettone, it's the only brand we buy because of its consistent quality. The manufacturer FREQUENTLY offers sales on their products. We have ordered wafer roll cookies from them on numerous occasions, both the vanilla and the chocolate hazelnut flavors and we find these to be the same quality as their Panettone.
