Review: Easy to assemble - I loved this item. I send it back for the reason given to me because of injuries to my body. The springs were are bit tight for me. So far I have found one suitable for my needs.
Review: Very satisfying - 10 minutes a day and a few extra exercises helped me with my stiffness and hip pain. I also noticed an improvement in my digestion, mobility, the headache disappeared without any medication. I wouldn't say I lost a lot of weight, but that wasn't my goal anyway. Sturdy, well built, very good quality, heavy, easy to unfold/fold, you get used to it, requires some strength in the arms. I bought it last summer, I work as a home caregiver, it is a great help in placements where we are often stuck in the houses with our clients.
