Item delivered is just like the other review states nothing like actual picture used to a server rise product. Extremely upset as not only does it look cheap and tacky with stickers used my bauble is also broken and some of the crystals have fallen out. Have requested a full fefund as damaged goods received.

Really dissapointed! The bauble received looks like a much cheaper version than the one advertised. Also my sons name has been spread out and looks odd. This was something I wanted to keep forever but now I don’t.
