I was advised to start with medium hot, so I wouldn't hurt myself. It's surprisingly easy to make a basic curry, and the Golden Curry cubes are easy to use. It was the blandest glop I'd ever tasted, and I've eaten school lunches! Enter Extra Hot. I figured curry deserved a second chance. And the Extra Hot is actually hot. I mean, not EXTRA hot, but it's at least got some heat to it. If you really like spicy hot, I'd recommend adding more heat while you're cooking it. The flavor is good, and I enjoyed eating it. It's even better over egg noodles than rice.
