**Q: Can these be used for sleg hammer condition work?**
A: Not sure. I'm 200lbs and do box jumps. A sledge hammer might create too much force.

**Q: Is the material durable enough for use w shoes?**
A: I've been using mine for a few months and it is very durable.  I only use it with shoes and have had no issues.

**Q: Should i buy the 16lb box or spend more for the 60lb box?  i am 5'8'' and 175lbs.  also, down the line, i think i may get two boxes to stack.**
A: Hi I was 5’8” and 200lbs and had no issues with the 16lb box.

**Q: What is the deciding factor in choosing which one 16lbs vs 60lbs?**
A: Safety... 16 lbs isn’t a lot to hold something down if you just barely make the top of the box.. IMO I had no question and went with the 60
