This is basically a laxative... WTF dude for the price, it's not worth it. I guess it's based on body type, BMI and metabolic rate. I did not consume any toxins in 72 hours and had been drinking a lot of water. Even did Bee Stinger detox from a local smoke shop bcuz I never got the ones I ordered from Amazon due to a shipping mishap.
