I ordered the organic Ethiopian and if you are into lattes it pairs beautifully with one pump vanilla and one squeeze Carmel sauce. Once I got these beans I rarely feel the need to go out for coffee anymore and when I do it doesn’t come close to what I’m able to achieve at home.

Still looking for one we like. - We got this to replace Gobena after finding out they fund Christian missionaries and we wanted nothing to do with the cultural corruption that entails Unfotrtunately, this is a poor replacement, not nearly the flavor profile. It has a weak body though drinkable and not offensive. I’m on the hunt for a better Yrgacheffe.

My favorite beans, we have them on subscribe and save. I ordered the organic Ethiopian and if you are into lattes it pairs beautifully with one pump vanilla and one squeeze Carmel sauce. Once I got these beans I rarely feel the need to go out for coffee anymore and when I do it doesn’t come close to what I’m able to achieve at home.
