The one thing to watch for is it will pool water within each rib. The weight could probably cause damage, so keep it closed when raining hard, or be prepared to gently guide the water off if it fills. But having said that, the frame seems very sturdy and well made. The fabric cover is of good quality and held up well. I still gave it 5 stars because it was not that big of a deal to trouble shoot for rain gathering, and once you know, it’s easy to take care of.

Best product ever when it comes to pergola and canopies. I’ve had my pergola for three years and no rust, this is the first time I had to replace my canopy. It was easy to replace, the size and fit was perfect, I also love the darker color because it gives you a darker-sun shade (original one was a light beige). Of course this canopy gives you good sun protection and the functionality is perfect. if you want a sitting area in your backyard this is the brand you can trust for pergolas, and canopies.
