Here's the details:I am 6'1" and 185 lbs. athletic build with very large (muscular legs) and a 33-34" inseam and a 35-36" waist.The pants are tight but not crazy tight in the thighs and seat. The waist comes up pretty high, but you can see that in the picture.The ankles are a little loose and the knees are a little loose also.NOW - having said that I ordered a size that was above my measurements in the sizing chart.That is because my big legs and butt never fit into anything size Large, i always have to go XL and sometimes XXL on European stuff.The material is not super thin like lycra bike shorts, its substantial and stretches nicely. White inside with printed pattern outside.A thin (3/4" or so) band of elastic at the top keeps the pants up about bellybutton height but that's 'cuz i ordered up a size.I'm going to keep the slightly larger size and try to shrink it down a bit. If they don't shrink that's cool too. they still look radical to the max!So - these pants should fit you as the chart reads, which is how it should be, but never is for me. That is why i put "somewhat large" on the fit.Order per the size chart at your size and you should be good to go! MADE IN THE USA tag inside is also a plus! Go 'Murica! It's wild that people even wore these outside but they're silky and comfortable and they run a bit long (6'0", 200lbs).
