While applying it, I could see it disappearing into the seals, literally drinking it in. I've applied it three times in the last week as the seals were SO...dry. Now? WOW...they all look almost new. They are actually pliable now, and feel and look so...much better. Excellent product, a little dab goes a long way, so inexpensive to use.
