### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This book has potential to change lives.. stop caring... start living.

I deal with anxiety and really need to learn how to not care so much about peoples thoughts and with this book I feel like it might be able to help me realize I am not in control of others thoughts, just my own.. and how other peoples thoughts shouldnt effect my overall being. One quote from the book that stuck with me the most so far is "it doesnt mean you become indifferent or apathetic it just means you are confident about feeling different than the majority" I look to this book now as a sort of..Bible. to potentially help me stop caring so much about others thoughts and trying to hard to be or appear happy when it's ok to not force yourself to be happy and just not care about fitting in or social norms. Not everyone knows everything and there is no right way to be happy so in the end we should all just stop caring and fulfilling ourselves with empty happiness like material things and just exist. I really enjoyed this read and will return to it in the future for sure . Definitely worth a read!!

Great summary! The swear words in the caption headings were a little jarring at first, but I soon realized that they were original to the book and that the author of this summary was simply staying true to its style. In essence, this summary provides a great synopsis of the book and is inspiring for learning to get go of society's expectations and constraints. I definitely recommend it as a refreshing update on the self-help genre.

The actual book was excellent. No, not nearly a bible of self help, none are, but there is some excellent information in the full book version. This short, large type summary can't even truly scratch the surface of what the book can do. I wanted everyone in my house 17-56 to read it, but they are busy and not much on reading self help. I had hope this would be a good alternative. Your call, if you want a short paragraph summary of a detailed chapter this may be for you.
