**Q: What's the widest tub lip (how far does the arm extend) this will fit over? I have a large soaker tub.**
A: I also have a soaker tub and it kept falling off the side. The jets were not very powerful (at least not what I was hoping for). I need to figure out how to return it.

A: You have to plug it in.  Not rechargeable

**Q: What is the difference between the bts7x model and the hyd100 model? they seem to be almost identical, but the bts7x model costs more.**
A: After doing a simple google search and also reading the description it states that the hyd100 is 20% more powerful.

This product was for sale on amazon australia, so one would assume it is useable in australian power-points, but was not. Just a piece of chinese garbage that id uncompatible with australian power outlets. I was so annoyed by this that i chucked it in the bin after opening. Dont bother!
