It suddenly started showing a “-10” display and an E05 error. I raised a service request, and the technician said it might be a voltage or control board issue. He ordered a new control board and replaced it. Before the repair, the machine at least powered on and displayed the error. After replacing the board, the washing machine doesn’t even switch on. I’ve tried contacting the technician multiple times, but he is not responding. This has been a very disappointing after-sales service experience for a brand like Bosch.
