It’s a natural ingredient that relaxes the muscles. My tightness for me I think was pinching nerves causing headaches and sensitive scalp…felt like someone hung off a clump of hair all night and only a side of my scalp was sensitive to touch. Now what ever I experience is very mild and manageable by increasing hydration and/or over the counter medication. Huge life change for me!

This product definitely helped alleviate some of my pain and stiffness and improved energy levels. it also had a noticeable mood-brightening effect. The combination of the three was so helpful, I was able to reduce my naproxen intake to one 550mg pill every other day. As reference, my prescription is for two 550mg pills every day PRN, so this is a significant reduction. In addition, when I take the boswellia, I find that the stomach/gut symptoms i experience with the naproxen are relieved. This was an unexpected benefit. As with all medications and supplements I take, after a few months, the effectiveness waned somewhat. That's just how my body works and always has; it does not indicate a problem with the product. Nevertheless, I continue the regimen because it does still helps. Also, my blood sed rate at my last exam is now within normal limits, indicating less inflammation, and I am able to exercise and work longer and harder than I have in a couple of years. I tried another, less expensive brand and was not as satisfied with the results. I recommend this brand and am buying another order today, in fact.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This product contributed to healing my inflammation completely. I was stiff and arthritic.

I use this product with the combination of two other products, and after three months, it completely healed most if not all the inflammation and joint pain that I was having throughout my body, mostly my arms, shoulders and hips. I am absolutely grateful that this product came into my reality after doing some research and found that This patented formula is evidence based so I was happy to order it. It was expensive but well worth it I’m just finishing up my last bottle and may take a break for a month or two just to see if the inflammation comes back or if it’s been fully resolved. But I’m very happy with this product and I hope my positive review doesn’t cause the price to skyrocket.
