I used this product 2x with provided bags for a total of about 10 packages of freshly caught Salmon. It did not properly seal packages 7 and beyond. I read manual, watched videos and contacted customer service several times. They kept sending me the same video and gave me the run around. Very polite though. Unfortunately, they would not refund nor replace or offer any other remedy. Very DISAPPOINTED. Wasted money and some very good salmon.
