**Q: Does an unused portion need to be refrigerated?**
A: the first time I used mine I then put it in the frig, the second time I took it out the same time I started the ribs so it would be at room temp. when it was time to use it. I put ALL my open bbq sauces in the frig. and no longer than 6 months. just to make sure no one gets sick. I use my smoker 2-3 times a week. If I need something right away I put it the microwave to warm it up. this glaze is awesome on ribs.

Very habanero forward & wish the pineapple came through a bit more. That being said, Kosmos puts out great products & the habanero doesn’t wreck your taste buds. We used it on smoked pulled ham & will use it for wings next.
