It’s used remotely for the slide out, awning, jacks and generator. It worked perfectly. Setting the remote up was a little difficult. However, a call to the Lippert technician was very helpful and successful. Yes, it works as advertised. I’m very pleased. A word of caution. It doesn’t come with a lanyard or holding bag. It’s slippery and can easily fall from one’s hand. That’s how I broke the factory remote. I recommend a bag for storage and carefully handling the remote.
